Shipping policy

Terms of Delivery effective from January 1, 2026

The company name is Purl Nordic Oy, Business ID: 3564611-9 and VAT number: FI35646119. Product prices include the applicable value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Delivery Terms

Orders placed in the online store are shipped on weekdays for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery time within Finland is normally approximately 2–4 business days. Deliveries are only available within Finland, excluding Åland. If any product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. The delivery fees are:

Small parcel to door: xxx euros

Delivery is free if the total order value exceeds 90 euros.

Payment Terms and Methods

You can pay for your purchases using the payment methods available in the shopping cart. Payment services are provided by Shopify Payments, and you can choose from the most common credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Order Cancellation

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 14), you have the right to cancel your order:

  1. before receiving the order, and

  2. within 14 days of receiving the order (i.e. from the moment you collect your order either from the store or from the post office).

Notice of cancellation must be sent to our customer service at info@purlnordic.com. The right of cancellation applies only to unused and saleable products, including any original packaging that may have been included with the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery costs from the refunded amount. We will refund the amount using the same payment method that was used when placing the order. Failure to collect an order from the post office does not constitute cancellation. For unclaimed shipments, we charge both the delivery and return shipping costs.
